Workspace
Each User has a Workspace. Workspace is intended for non-project specific working but it also provides an overview of project content and interactions. Workspace features are also available in each Project with content limited to project specific interaction. It is User dependent as to how to use Workspace.
System Notifications
Displays information from RISKUL such as system updates, features, changes & news.
My Workspace
- Locked RAMs summary; a listing of all RAMs currently locked by the User. NOTE Project Admins will see a summary of all Locked RAMs within RISKUL.
- Messages; all messages sent to the User (project and non-project specific). Users can message other RISKUL Users. Messages are private and are not shared with other Users. The message content is limited to 240 characters, the full message content is displayed in the message summary. NOTE: Messages can be sorted from the table header.
- Tasks; all tasks assigned to the User (project and non-project specific). Tasks can be assigned to RISKUL Users. The task assigned User will receive a task notification. Once completed the task status can be updated. Tasks in Workspace are recommended to be non-project specific, if a project specific task is required, the task should be assigned from the Project Task tab. NOTE: Task columns can be sorted from the table header. Deleting a Task will remove it from all Users that it has been shared with / assigned to.
- Notepad; a private word / notepad that displays as a continuous page. To remove content simply delete what you no longer require from the pad.
RAM Requiring Approval
A list of all RAMs from active projects that the User is an ‘Approver’ with an approval expiry date of within 30 days. If a review date has not been set the RAM will also show on the approval summary. NOTE: Project Admin will see a full listing of all RAMS from all projects that require approval within 30 days.
