User Access and Permissions

User Access Level

RISKUL has 2x User Access levels

NOTE: RISKUL Pro Users are Project Admin. 

Project Admin will assign Permissions to Users for each project which allows access / edit function, by default all Users have Reader access to all Projects. User permissions are:

  • Close Projects

  • Assign Permission to Users for each Project
  • Copy RAM between Projects
  • Delete RAM from Projects
Reader
  • Configure Keywords
  • RC Matrix Templates
  • Read access to RISKUL [selected Projects]
Editor
  • As Reader
  • Edit Project RC Matrix
  • Edit Project content [commencement / completion & summary only]
  • Create / modify RAM
  • Export & Print RAM
  • Transfer content from HAZID to HAZOP
  • Revise RAM from ‘Approved’ to an Editable Stage
Approver
  • As Editor
  • Approve RAM

 

Each User requires a username, password and unique email address. The same email cannot be used for more than 1x User, password reset will not work if multiple users use the same email address. The username is utilised when sending messages, assigning tasks and notes and for display on RAM, RISKUL recommend first/last name is used as the username.

Users can only be removed from RISKUL by RISKUL Admin, if addtional Project Admin users are required contact RISKUL and we'll update your system. 

Single User (RISKUL Pro)

If a RISKUL Pro package (single User) is taken, the features within RISKUL that allow for collaboration with other RISKUL Users are disabled. This does not impact on functionality and has been done as the features are not required. Content with the User Guide includes RISKUL packages for more than one User, some content will not be relevant to RISKUL Pro Users.
